Mystery Photo Monday #8

Here is another photo that came from the oval frame that Kathleen and Chester had on the wall in their family room. Does anyone know who this group of people are, or the home where the photo may have been taken? The only information imprinted on the back of this photo was the paper manufacturer (Fox) and the location where the film was processed (San Antonio, Texas).
